1/ For all arrival transfers without arrival flight information/details, the booking will be automatically cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Should a passenger call from the airport, the passenger will be advised to take a taxi and to follow up with the agent upon their return.
2/ For any flight change without any prior notification or incorrect flight, there will not be any refund and the passenger will have to take a taxi to their hotel.
3/ All departure transfers to the airport, passengers will be collected 3 hours prior to their flight departure time.
4/ Passengers travelling with extremely large suitcases or surfboards, must clearly specify that a mini-van or Hi-Ace is required. The maximum number of surfboards allowed in a mini van is one (1).

The island is surrounded by multicolored coral reefs, hense the name Coral Island. The island has two stretches of white, sandy beach with crystal clear water with pentiful of tropical fish waiting to be fed, and a few quiet bays on the other side. A short trek over the small hill and rocks leads to a small quiet cove with a beautiful beach, an excellent hideaway during the day.
